Australian Orders

Artwork

We do not have a specific carrier for the shipping of our Artwork, this is due to the variety of needs that each of our customers may have based upon location, framing, and size. As such, the shipping of our artwork is primarily on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries regarding the shipping price of a potential piece.


Homewares and fashion

We post all Australian orders (exempt from Artwork) via Australia Post. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 3-6 business days for country areas. We do not have Express Post as an option online, but this can be negotiated with our team.

Express Post should arrive upon the next business day for 80% of Australian addresses, but please keep in mind that we will not always post orders on the same day. We ask for two to three business days between your order being placed and the delivery of your package to our post office. You will receive a notification once your order has been sent. Your confirmation of postage will contain your tracking number.

International Orders

We are currently working on making international shipping readily available in our online store. At present, akin to our artworks, it is mainly a case-by-case basis. Please enquire for a quote.

Returns & Exchanges


Homewares and Fabrics

We do not offer refunds on any of these products exempt from faulty merchandise. We can provide an exchange in the event that you have changed your mind. We do not cover your shipping to return the item in the event of an exchange. The item must be returned unused. We also offer credit notes to be used at a later date - if there isn’t a satisfactory exchange to be made at the time.
